Having trouble feeling at peace in your body? Today's class is a strong practice (some Katonah, some flow, some Kundalini, some "Taylor Swift style" shaking it off) to shift how you're feeling. The class is big on backbends (dropback prep and optional practice!) and finishes with some handstand play time. Props suggested: wall, other props optional! (Meditation Day 26: I am Light is also a great follow up for this class.)
