YES. I am ready. --this is the feeling that we cultivate through today's practice. This is a great practice for when you're feeling anxious, out of control, or just a little frazzled. We slow the breath; reset the nervous system, and move slowly in a Katonah practice. We move toward pincha and finish with pranayama (focusing on alternate nostril breathing today). Props needed: blanket, blocks (or similar).
