This class in two word: Katonah + shoulders. When Patti unmutes and says I'm trying to kill her--LOL--but yes we stay with those shoulders today. Your whole body will get a work out, but if your shoulders are dying for some attention, this is the class for you. We work strength, flexibility, and mobility in the shoulders and end with a shoulder stand! Props suggested: strap, blocks, blanket.
