Centering ourselves can be a full time job. And we are here to do it over and over again. Today we start with alternate nostril breathing, and we utilize the alternate nostril breathing over and over through the practice as a tool to make it through what feels hard. (Metaphor for life, anyone??!) We move into some hip and heart opening and then take it to the wall for the Katonah backbend sequence (think HELLO HIP FLEXORS!). We end with some balance work and some opportunities for headstands. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, wall
