In today's class we observe the somatic (sensory) brain/body, the thinking brain/body, and the ego. We start to hold all of these experiences simultaneously as a way to be deeply present and deeply at peace. Shapes made in class include a typical crow pose and a Katonah style crow pose. We get into hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and our folds. Suggested props: blocks, blanket.
