This is a Katonah-based practice that goes deep into presence in order to truly find balance. We use the wall and blocks to set up our shapes and feel confident in our alignment. Use this practice when you feel overwhelmed, off-center, or unsupported. Expect a lot of one-foot-on-the-ground poses! Suggested props: blanket, blocks, wall. Recorded April 2024.
