We move fully into the FEELING body today--getting out of the thinking mind and connecting more deeply to our intuition. We practice holding space for ourselves so that we can hold space for others. We concentrate on chakras 2-4: hips, core, and heart. We start w a water flow, move into a core/backbend series, and end with some deep hip work. Suggested props: wall, plus anything else you like to use.
