Community Flow: Chest/Heart/Back Balancing

This class has a lot of back-bending and a lot of froward-bending. We find the magic of the potential moving us forward balanced with the anchoring of us in our history and lessons learned. We work toward upward-facing two-foot staff pose (in the thumbnail). We end with some headstand work and pigeon to ground us back to the earth.
