Community Flow: Deep Self Soothing

This is the class to go to when you are way stressed, overwhelmed, anxious AF, or over-activated in any way. I taught this class from a place of deep anxiety and extreme nausea, working to deepen our connections internally and soothe our nervous systems. We go deep, low and slow. We get into core, hips, and some balancing, ending with headstand practice, with a lot of deep pranayama and visualization accompanying the class. Ground your energy and feel more deeply rooted and connected. Suggested props: blanket, blocks
