Today we squirm and wriggle to wake up our entire bodies. This practice is to open you up to fully experiencing the world. If you're feeling sad or closed off, start here! We begin slowly, on our backs, opening up with a supported backbend, and then move into an energetic flow with some practicing of jump throughs and lots of backbend options. Suggested props: blocks
