When an emotion gets a hold on you and it just feels like it is controlling your experience, what do you do? This class. Here we identify the emotions we are sitting with, and then work to release their hold on us. Releasing the personal attachment allows us to experience the feeling fully and then let it go. This is a surya (sun salute) based-flow class that gets into the side body and hips as forms of release. Suggested props: blocks
