Today we get loose and a little dance-y in our hips. We explore in out and around them and get comfortable with ourselves and the moment. And then we bring it all into focus with a long hold of Archer's pose on each side. We end up as blobs of yoga jelly that are right exactly where they are supposed to be: right here, right now. Suggested props: any that make you feel comfortable.
