Anxiety can take hold of us and really control our thoughts and how we are living in our body. Today we practice releasing the worry; inviting a cloud into our head and be in peace. We work through a lot of movement today, get into the hamstrings and hips a bit, and use a strap to feel supported in our practice and arm balances. Suggested props: strap
