Community Flow: That Magical, Peaceful Feeling

How do we find that magical peaceful feeling? How do we zip back to it when we need it? Today we start with some alternate nostril breathing and then move into some work with fast breath/slow breath over and over and we use it in our asanas to train our ability to reset the breath as an embodied practice. This is a physically challenging practice and will serve as a training ground to come back to over and over. Suggested props: blocks, blanket
