The peak pose of this class is titibasana (firefly pose), so think shoulders, hamstrings, and hips! BUT, that is not the goal of the class. Because the goal is our yoga practice itself. The practice is what gives us peace, the practice is what gives us what we are looking for. So we tune into gratitude for the practice and try to stay with that as things get difficult. Props needed: two blocks, strap, wall (options without the props are explained).
