Community: Head in the sand vs. Standing up for something

This is a Katonah-informed class, working with polarities to find our center and make conscious choices with our thoughts/words/actions. We work into the hips and practice eka pada koundinyasana (an arm balance) and finish with some inversion work. We let the shapes in our bodies start to teach us about the shapes we want to create off the mat. Show up and then carry it with you off the mat! Suggested props: blanket, blocks, couch (or wall).
