Change the impossible into I'M POSSIBLE! Think about how many things you've accomplished that you thought you would never be able to make it through. Today we broaden, we smile, we work, and we know that we are amazing humans of action. This class is great if you are having some shoulder tightness--we really focus on finding space in the upper chest/back region. Throw in a little hip opening and you've got a magic class ending with a bound sleeping pigeon pose (my fav!). Suggested props: blocks
