Put yourself in motion, and then allow that moving energy to carry you. We begin by trusting ourselves, and then start to revolve around ourselves. We build to some arm balances (side crow and shoulder pressing pose), but use blocks to support the arm balances to find the alignment and make them accessible (and then use the memory of the blocks to support the pose!). SO FUN! This is a Katonah-based class. Suggested props: strap, blanket, blocks
