Community: Leveling Up

This is a Katonah-based class with a bit of flow. We keep going back to "how do we level up?" How do we make choices that will facilitate the next best version of ourselves? Where are we going and how do we think in the way that will take us there? We make space in the lower back, get into the hips a bit, and find inspiration for moving forward (read: a little backbending). Baby Rosabel present for the intro if you need some babies in your screen time. Props are helpful--use 'em if you got 'em!
