This class is all about loving yourself, creating healthy boundaries, and making sure you're taking care of yourself. We do A LOT of twists to really WRING IT OUT. We work the double helix rotation in the arm to really find how our arms can be the base of the backbends. Peak pose: fallen angel (yikes!). Suggested props: any you want to have around.
