This is a fun flow to get you over the hump. If you're feeling sad, or pessimistic about the future, this class is the medicine. We do some hip releasing and some flow to move us toward some supported work with transitions (crow to tripod headstand!). This class will help you find the confidence you didn't know you had to do what you need to do. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, wall. Recorded September 2024.
