Today we work to unlayer and uncover all of the gunk of societal expectations and of those around us to get back to our innermost strongest and softest self. We do a lot of standing balance and power poses combined with some pranayama to fire ourselves up and crack through. If you are going through any upperbody or wrists stuff, this is a great class to give those parts a break. If you want to really feel strong and grounded, this is the class to amplify and embody those feelings. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, wall. Recorded September 2024.
