Come home to yourself, be your own sanctuary, find your power, and let the rest GO... because we got this! Today is a playful practice with some hopping and some opening and some resetting and everything you need to feel like yourself again. Focus is on the lower half of the body and we move toward some lotus variations and into some optional arm balances (peacock pose!)... all in service of feeling at home in our bodies.
