This class is a blend of Katonah and Vinyasa--you will get a little of each in today's class--prompting you to better understand your self and your needs. We look for the line between pushing and challenging ourselves, the line between being lazy and giving ourselves a break. How do we get so quiet that we can really hear our bodies speak to us? Inspiration from Rosabel--the sweet baby who joins us for the beginning of the practice. Props great if you have some to support your practice.
