Grounding in Collective Abundance

Today we go for digestion: physical and the metaphorical, where we begin to engage in deep processing work. We move through breathing exercises, wrist engagement, and core awareness as we work toward peacock pose (mayurasana). And as we work digestion and processing, we are moving into a space of collective abundance: borrowing skills and emotions and awareness from our community when we cannot yet find it in ourselves.
