Today's work with polarities plugs us into both the earth and into the universe. Rumi says "Don't worry that your life is turning upside down; how do you know that the side you're used to is the better one?" We will find the benefit of layering our understandings of various perspectives, both in our practice and off the mat. We do several variations of headstands near the end of the practice.
