This practice is a reminder of how whole you are. We use our spherical nature to inform the embodiment of this theme, working through the hamstrings and hips to find more spaciousness and expansiveness. Expect a lot of circular movements and circular metaphors. We go around ourselves and around the mat. This is a Katonah-informed flow practice. Suggested props: blanket, blocks. Recorded July 2025.
