Katonah: Allowing Space and Unlocking Flow

Today's practice works into the hip flexors and the hip joints to create a feeling of freedom through the body. We begin in the center of the room to warm up and build heat and then move to the wall for the "knee on the floor; foot on the wall" series. We use the openness to work through some backbends and end on the floor with some floating lotus work. This is a warming, grounding, and opening class; perfect for winter. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, wall. Recorded January 2025.
