Katonah: Grounded Grace

Today we bring our energy toward grounding and find our full connection with the earth. Simultaneously we practice bringing grace toward our reactions, our responses, and our experiences. We do a lot of foot/ankle, hand/wrist work, and shoulder stability work. We work from the ground up, working into some balancing and inversion work. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, strap, wall.
