Instead of choosing to be in opposition to what's happening in your life, what if you choose to step into the flow? In our body today we do this by stretching the hip flexors and allowing prana to flow more freely, while keeping our sense of stability. This is a Katonah class, so get your props ready! We start on the floor and end with forearm stand (options available!). Suggested props: strap, blocks, blanket, wall
