We work a lot today with our energetic boundaries so that we feel safe moving through the outside world. We fill our boundary bubble with positive mantras and energy to support us in our practice and in our day. We get into hips and shoulders, moving toward compound bow, but all with this energetic boundary focus. Use this practice when you are feeling worried about how the outside world is impacting you.
