Today's practice works to embody you so deeply that, at the end, we practice totally untethering, with the idea that helps us move into deeper states of meditation and accessing the universal consciousness. We feel deeply into our side bodies, our front and back bodies, and continually work with contact of props to situate ourselves within our embodied practice. We work pouring of the body weight and transitions and deep core engagement moving toward head and handstands. And then? Magic. Suggested props: blanket, blocks, strap, wall. Recorded February 2025.
