We combine pranayama (breathing) and meditation in this 30 minute (slightly longer!) meditation today. This class is perfect as a stand alone, or as a follow up to the asana practice "Make Yourself a Container for Love," where we get our body ready for sitting. This practice focuses on filling your body with love (pranayama) and then drinking it up or soaking it up through the meditation. Get ready to feel LOVED UP!
