This is a 60 minute grounding practice. We start with an energy cutting meditation and move through some warrior poses, letting go of our personal attachments to them. We do some camel backbends, move into pincha (forearm balance), and end in meditation. Props needed: optional blocks and optional strap, or home substitutes. Journal questions today: 1) What are the top 3 energy cords I am holding on to? (And write it out; flesh out as much as possible about each of them in order to facilitate release!) and 2) What 3 energy cords might other people be holding on to with me? (Similarly, write it out!)
