Retreat Day 3: Mental Body

This is a 60 minute mental-block busting practice. We are working with our broadcasting system here; what are we putting out and what are we filtering to allow in? We work to clear excess thoughts, create new neural pathways, and find more space between our thoughts. Expect some yogic swishing as well as some holding. Closing with:

Journal questions for today: 1) Set a timer for 3 time points during your day to take a pause and write down any thought patterns happening at that time. 2) At the end of the day, journal about each of the thought patterns. What was happening? Was it an automatic rabbit hole? Was it productive? Etc? The idea here is not to judge ourselves or any patterns, but to become conscious of them so that we start to refine what broadcasts we are broadcasting (broadcasting both externally and internally) and what we are filtering to allow in.
