Third and fourth chakras activate to stand tall in who we are. If you are feeling like you need a little more confidence or strength in your day, this is the practice. We start with some pranayama and move through some core strengthening poses (including lower back and twisting!) and keep looking for length through the spine and how we can keep encouraging the heart to emerge. Finishing with a compass pose, supported bridge, and a savasana.
