Today we do a little bit of a "choose your own adventure" style practice. I'll give you a few options, and then you can make each thing your own, taking what you need from the poses to get to where you want to be by the end of the practice. This is a Katonah-based practice, with a little bit of fluidity thrown on top. We get into the hips and some twisting, but you'll take exactly what you need from this practice.
