This is a slow-paced class designed for second of third trimesters. We work on trusting the body, trusting nature, trusting the timeline, and doing all of this with gratitude. We do some feet stretching, side body lengthening, a little core, a little flow, and end with a ball in the glutes before settling into savasana. Suggested props: blocks, blankets, ball, bolster. Recorded October 2025. Consult a doctor before engaging in any movement practices while pregnant.
