Make Yourself a Container for Love

In this Katonah style class we work on the origami of the body: finding the folds and increasing their capacity. We think of our body as a container, and we work to make it the strongest and most stable container for love. Expect hangs (standing forward folds), and lots of folding and unfolding from the hip joint, ending with some double pigeon. This class is suggested by the pranayama/meditation class "Drink Up Love." Props suggested: blocks, blanket, strap, wall (though you can substitute or make do without!)
