    This is a level 2 class, 30 minutes long. You will focus on some hip opening moves and move in new/unpredictable ways and shift your perspective (go upside down!) to start to get yourself thinking and creating outside of the box.

  • This Is Our Prayer

    This is a flow folded inside of a prayer for the highest/best outcome for ourselves, our earth, and our universe.

  • Get Out of Your Head!

    This class is designed to get you out of those swirling thought patterns that are driving you nuts. Feel your body, land in it, be in it, and feel safe there.

  • I Am Enough

    You are whole; you are enough; you are doing enough. When things just feel like too much, come to this practice to get grounded. Nothing crazy, nothing super complicated. But just what you need to re-root.

  • I am Present

    This class is all about finding ourselves right between our histories and our futures: fully present and fully in the center. Move forward, move back, and find yourself where you are.

  • Vacuum up the Sediment

    This class gets into the places where sediment settles: hips and shoulders. And we clean it out! Find your full functioning, including bird of paradise and mermaid.

  • Expand Your Awareness

    This is a grounded, more meditative yoga practice. Expect some good movement but not quite as high intensity, with a sense of staying lower to the ground and a lot of balance and work with the eyes closed.

  • Elevate (Crow)

    In this class we practice the components we need for our best version of crow. Draw in, light up, and fly!

  • Ubuntu/Community

    This is a short class for when you need to feel connected. We are all in this together.

  • Energize Me!

    Feeling sluggish or tired? A little too exhausted to do a full 60 mins? I got you. This class will get you moving and use some pranayama (breath work) to stimulate your upper chakras to get you through the rest of your day.
