What are the hardest three words to say? "I am/was wrong." In this class we go through the story of Sita and Shiva's love, exploring the acts of not getting what we want, fighting for what we need, and showing up to do the hardest work: admitting when we weren't in the right. We will do warrior poses (1, 2, and 3), and create the space for compassion in our lives and in our world.
