In this Katonah yoga class we work stability by experimenting with a lot of different types of downward facing dogs. The playfulness of trying new styles on an old classic is all about learning to have stability in any situation. And that stability will allow us to be more playful and more experimental. This class is about 30 min asana and about 7 mins pranayama to balance you out at the end. Props needed: blocks/blankets as boundaries and to help you shift your angles!
