In this class, designed for the 2nd trimester, we work on creating and sharing love as we move through some gentle flows including some standing poses, some balances for strengthening and stabilizing, and a gentle supported heart opener and supported forward fold. All poses should be done with your own comfort in mind. Consult a doctor before beginning any movement program while pregnant. Suggested props: blocks, blanket, (optional) bolster, (optional) wall.
