  • Act From Love

    This is a big backbend practice; notice where fear lives and notice how to use it to learn, but not to let it lead you. We will get into some drop back work and close with a nice long forward fold.

  • Hanuman: Devotion and Faith

    This class is for the hamstrings! Warm them up and stretch them out in this flow dedicated to Hanuman (the monkey god).

  • Let Something GO

    This is a hippy flow, with some arm balances thrown in. All designed to help you let go of something you've been holding on to!

  • Activate to Achieve

    This class is all about getting the inactive parts of you activated so that you can achieve what you want to achieve! Expect lots of 3rd chakra (core) and stirring things up!

  • Get/Stay Conscious

    This is a 45 minute practice to help you get centered and conscious. If you are feeling a bit frazzled or all over the place, this is the practice for you. We will move slowly, but with strength and breath, toward friend of the universe pose (Vishvamitrasana).

  • Bring your Fears Close

    In this 45 minute practice, we examine our fears so that they lose their power. We calm ourselves with a soothing humming breath, and we try a few arm balances. There's some baby crow and pincha work, along with some shifting of perspectives via flow. Get over that shit!

  • Organize yourself for Self Care

    This is a slow moving but strong katonah-based practice. Take time to slow down and move with your breath to organize yourself and take care of yourself.

    This class is about balancing your efforts. The peak pose is bow pose, and we use the idea of a bow's tension to think about balancing our lives.

  • Tonglen: Suffering into Healing

    Tonglen is a meditation practice that we expand into our yoga practice. Finishing with tittibasana (firefly pose). This practice is scientifically proven to make you happier!! (Tonglen, not this exact practice, but also, therefore, this practice!!)

    We forget that we all have something so amazingly special to offer sometimes. This class is about evolving back into that version of yourself. Open up the hamstrings and open up your inner god/goddess/deity!

  • Get Unstuck

    This is a 45 min practice specifically for when you are feeling depressed. When things feel hard, come to this practice. Includes L-work at the wall and an inversion hold at the end. Props needed: a wall, 1-2 blocks.

    This class is designed to get you out of whatever depths you're swimming in. We will use some of our own tools to swim, and then we will allow ourselves to be lifted. Expect a sweaty, twisty flow, culminating with boar pose (pictured in the thumbnail!).

  • Handling the World with Patience

    This class has some handstand drills incorporated; expect lots of wrist, hand, and shoulder work. And some life lessons on patience.
