This is a strong Katonah-based class (check KatonahYoga.com for more info on the practice!) This class is ideal for when you might be feeling a little anxious and depressed. We move slowly but strongly so as to calm any anxiety and we dig deep to find our inner radiance when we may have forgotten that it was there. Peak pose: pincha mayurasana. Props required: wall, blanket (or towel), strap (optional), blocks (optional but helpful).

This class gets weird so that you can get weird off your mat! Use this when you're feeling stuck in a certain way of thinking of being. Expect lots of hamstring work as we move into a variation on pyramid pose!

Get Lifted Out
This class is designed to get you out of whatever depths you're swimming in. We will use some of our own tools to swim, and then we will allow ourselves to be lifted. Expect a sweaty, twisty flow, culminating with boar pose (pictured in the thumbnail!).
