Feel like stress has sucked the air out of you and you just need to curl up in bed and lie there all day because it's all just a bit overwhelming? Me too. So, while feeling that way, I recorded this class. It's to shift you out of that space and help you remember your body and its wisdom. You got this. (Katonah yoga based class focusing on stability and supported heart openers.) Props needed: 1-2 blocks or similar substitutes, optional strap and/or other pillows/props.
