How do you bring the sexy back into your body and into your life? Well, first we examine, what is sexy to you? Is it playfulness? Creativity? Flow? Then we play with getting out of our heads and into our hips a bit. Expect some stability work and opening work for the hips. We transition into flow with some surprises, including BIG MANTRA HIP THRUSTS to end. Suggested props: block/blanket, as desired.
