This class starts with some grounding breathing so that as we move into some hard transitions and poses (double compass! and some deep hip work at the wall), we can practice how to stay calm when we start to feel overwhelmed. Because off the mat, the overwhelm is REAL! So we come to this safe space (our mats!) so we can manage that later. Props suggested: blanket, blocks, wall.
