Today we go into the tale of how Kurmavatar (Vishnu in turtle form) put the Mountain Mandar on his back, and how we can be there for ourselves by GOING IN. We practice pratyahara (withdrawing of the senses) today, and find our inner peace. Props needed: a strap (or reasonable substitute!).
