Today we are working toward homeostasis in the body (physically, emotionally, energetically). This Katonah practice starts with a pranayama (breath work) to work to get us back to our center. Throughout the asana practice we work with the metaphor of the body as a house to find internal cleansing and centering. We end with some headstand variations. Props needed: wall (if you want to work through the different headstand variations), blanket, blocks.
